Small Business HR Policy Guide

This product is designed to be used by small businesses as a HR Induction Booklet or a Policy Guide. The document, which uses contemporary language, provides spaces for you to insert a welcome message (with some suggestions), a brief history of your organisation, a description of your values (with some suggestions) and benefits and support for people working in your organisation. The document contains important information and policies in the areas of:

  • Hours, salary and leave
  • EEO, discrimination and harassment policy
  • Grievance policy
  • Internet, email and social media policy
  • Privacy policy
  • Travel and reasonable expenses policy
  • Work health and safety policy
  • Some housekeeping matters

The document also contains the Employee Record Change Form and Expense Claim Form from the BuildHR website to be used as set out in the HR Policy Guide.
